Stand-Alone modeSTAND-ALONE MODE:
The laser operates stand-alone and does not need and control. It plays back the content stored on the laser's mainboard.
DMX modeDMX MODE:
The laser can be controlled with a standard DMX controller or DMX software.
ArtNET modeArtNET Control mode
Master-Slave modeMASTER-SLAVE MODE:
One laser sends control commands, the other laser follows these. Works with Stand-Alone modes and Sound-to-Light modes.
LAN connectionLAN MODE:
The laser can be controlled over LAN - this can be either direct software control, or ArtNET or similar (depending on the main board)
ILDA connectionILDA MODE:
The laser can be controlled over standard ILDA, the analog control signal for laser control. External Digital-Analog-Converters (DACs) can be used.
ILDA StreamingILDA Streaming
ShowNET insideSHOWNET INSIDE:
The laser is equipped with the advanced ShowNET laser mainboard which brings a multitude of features to the laser and makes it an intelligent lighting device.
Free Showeditor laser software includedSHOWEDITOR INCLUDED:
The full version of the laser show control software Showeditor is included in delivery.
The tarm 9G OPSL show laser projector is a green Coherent Taipan OPSL solution with analog color modulation and a guaranteed output power of 9'000 mW.

The tarm 9G OPSL units have a built-in network DAC for Showcontroller and Showeditor, but also can be controlled with any ILDA laser control software such as Pangolin Quickshow, Pangolin Beyond, LSX, Lasergraph DSP, etc. via external ILDA interface (e.g. FB3). They also have a built-in memory with pre-set patterns, that can be easily triggered through DMXautomatic mode.
The tarm 9G OPSL comes with integrated ShowNET network interface and free laser show software.

  • 9'000 mW guaranteed output power after optics
  • very fast maximum scan speed of 45kpps @ 8 ° for graphics projection
  • Very high beam accuracy and beam shape due to the Coherent Taipan OPSL sources, so these units are suitable for demanding professional applications
  • Integrated network switch for linking the control signal
  • Robust and dustproof housing, which also makes it possible to use it outdoors without problems

The tarm 9G OPSL has very good specifications with a beam diameter of ca. 4.5 mm and a beam divergence of only <0.5 mrad (full angle).

It is equipped with a green (10'000 mW / 530 nm) Coherent Taipan OPSL module. Other OPSL setups are also available on request.

The tarm 9G OPSL devices have very fast scanners, running at 45kpps @ 8 ° and scanning a maximum scan angle of 50°, upgrades to CT-scanners with >60 kpps@8° ILDA, LAS Turboscan driver and a deflection angle of up to 70° are available on request. These specifications definitely make the units perfectly suitable for professional applications and ideal for graphics projections.

This show laser light has a switchable scan safety.

The housing of the tarm 9G OPSL is built very rugged and in a dust-proof way, so there is no air circulation inside the enclosure. This reduces maintenance efforts to a minimum.
The mounting bracket allows for hanging and for upright mounting of the laser system.

The tarm 9G OPSL is especially suitable for demanding show laser applications and graphics projections at multimedia projects, installations, at festivals and on big stages. It is also suitable for sky laser and landmark laser applications

+ Integrated ShowNET incl. free laser show software

The tarm 9G OPSL features an integrated ShowNET network interface with free laser control software included!
Start with your own professional laser show thanks to the intuitive Showeditor laser show software which comes with every new tarm 9G OPSL for free. The Showcontroller software is supported as well and can be purchased additionally.
The integrated ShowNET allows for direct input through ILDA and LAN. Besides DMX, it is possible to trigger single frames via ArtNet. Custom frames and shows can be played back from an integrated SD card (included in delivery) – even in stand-alone mode!
There are two different DMX modes:
(1) DJ Mode with the most used features for beginners. Only a few DMX channels are used for a quick and easy access to the most important adjustments directly at the laser system.
(2) Professional Mode with all DMX features especially for users with a DMX console. All adjustments can be triggered and allow for full control of the professional laser show.
The integrated ShowNET works as DAC (digital to analog converter) and enables ILDA streaming.
