Warranty case return

Please read the following notes carefully to guarantee a smooth procedure of your return.

• Pack the item(s) (including all accessories) in a suitable box.
• Please note that our products are extremely sensitive. A adequate and shock proof box can prevent damages and thus warranty claim keeps preserved.
• Send a copy of the invoice with the item.
• Please attach the infilled RMA form (download below) to the product and send the package to us (find the address on the RMA form).
• Please contact us in case of bulky equipment.
