Whole website now SSL secured, not only the webshop

For several reasons I decided to force SSL encryption of our entire website. Of course the webshop was secured before, so was the customer area. Now the whole page is encrypted and should be a little bit more performant as well. Please post your comments if you're facing any issues or see any bugs - it's not very likely that there are any, but maybe.
