Costa Cruises Luminosa, Pacifica, Deliciosa, Favolosa and Fascinosa - multi media shows on cruise ships

In 2009 HB-Laser equipped three cruise ships of Costa Cruises - the Costa Luminosa, the Costa Pacifica and the Costa Deliciosa - with high profile multi media and laser shows. No ship is like the other, so every show needed to be set up and configured individually. The challenge for laser show installations on cruise ships are the continuous vibrations of the ship when travelling. This usually leads to misalignment of the laser systems with time. The HB-Laser LightCube laser systems are equipped with a special anti-shock system that prevents misalignment of the laser light system due to shock or vibrations, which made those systems perfect for the cruise ship laser show projects.

This technology was implemented per cruise ship:

2 x HB-Laser LightCube G 1.5W
Network control HB-Laser TITAN multi media show controller

The whole laser show and multi media show was provided as turn-key solution. HB-Laser was responsible for the creative show design, the show programming, the on site project implementation and system set up to the after sales service.

In the following years until 2012 two more cruise ships of Costa Crociere followed: The Costa Favolosa and the Costa Fascinosa were also equipped with high profile lasershow and multi media show installations by HB-Laser.
