In Action: Lasers at Festivals
Lasers are an important part of the utmost light shows at festivals. Lighting designers use them as emotionalizing, emphasizing effect to catch the crowd and add a visual level to the perception of the music. As festivals use larger numbers of lasers, they usually go for DMX control of the laser systems, which is a perfect match for the ShowNET mainboards in all relevant laser systems that allow for professional yet easy control of laser systems via lighting console.
Our partner AC Lasers did a great job and provided the Olly Murs UK tour 2017 with an impressive laser show. For six weeks four RTI NANO AT6 show laser systems were used to support the music with low divergent beam effects. For this occasion, our project partner, the Laserfabrik, was commissioned with the integration of laser systems, which - as always - was implemented excellently. The Laserfabrik used five of their brandnew RTI NEO ONE show laser systems for this impressive...SYNDICATE 2017 Dortmund, Germany Seenachtfest in Bottighofen (Switzerland) on 11./12.08.2017 - with special guest Roger Sanchez and Oliver Klinghoffer (Katakombe Kreuzlingen). Massive show setup with flame throwers, CO2 jets, Lasers and L-Acoustics sound system. Lasers in action: 4 x tarm two (on stage)...Seenachtfest Bottighofen 2017 - with Roger... Popular gay pride party at Wester Unie, Westergasfabriek Amsterdam in a old industrial factory hall on the 2nd and 3th of August 2017. One RTI NANO RGB 30 has been used to lighten up the party. Funhouse XXL, Amsterdam, Netherlands On December 10th, the band Bullet for My Valentine did a great stage show at the O² Academy Brixton in London. Supporting act was the RTI NEO SIX whitelight RGB beam array as you can see in the pictures below.
