100 years' city hall anniversary in Hattingen
On closing of the 100 years' anniversary of Hattingen's city hall in December 2010, a light artist used a power laser as eyecatcher. The beam was visible over the utter historic center as well as from far distance so that numerous additional visitors arrived.
